and like many midlife women, I spent years giving my time, energy, and talents to others — family, work, survival. But one day, I realized: I wanted more. Not more hustle. More meaning.

Before
There was a time I felt like life was happening around me, not for me.
I had poured so much of myself into raising a family, supporting others, and getting through the day… that somewhere along the way, I had lost sight of me.
I had dreams – of creating something, of working on my own terms, of making a difference – but they always came second. Or last.
I thought I needed more time, more energy, more tech skills… but deep down, I think I was just scared of starting.
After
I didn’t suddenly become fearless. I just stopped waiting to feel ready.
I started small. A workbook here, a Canva template there. I learned one tool at a time. I made mistakes. I showed up anyway.
And with each step, I found something powerful:
