Refunds Policy
At The Second Act, our goal is to make sure you feel supported and confident with every purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, there’s no shipping involved and nothing to physically return. Still, we want you to know exactly how refunds work.
Our Refund Promise
You have 14 days from your purchase to request a refund.
Refunds are considered if you have not yet downloaded the product or if there is a proven technical issue preventing access.
Once a product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, we generally cannot issue a refund, as digital files cannot be “returned.”
How Refunds Work
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
